Hi, I'm Denise Moody and I'm here to give you the tools and resources you need to prioritize staff wellbeing and supportive school cultures in your building. As an educator, therapist and administrator, I’ve discovered that the work that gives me purpose is to support passionate and motivated educators and administrators in transforming schools to support the needs of all students and families, without burning themselves out in the process. I have spent sixteen years working in educational settings with early childhood through high school age students primarily at the district level and currently serve as the Assistant Director of Student Services with Rochester Public Schools. I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Winona State University and Masters of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/College of St. Catherine’s. I also attended the University of Minnesota with a focus area of educational leadership and am licensed as a Director of Special Education. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have my own private practice providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. I am also the Founder and Director of an educational consulting and events firm, Resilience Impact, LLC.

How long are the videos?
Each video is 5 - 7 minutes long. Each lesson includes a participant workbook with practical activities to reflect and plan on the topic and discussion prompts for small group discussion for a total time commitment of 30 - 45 minutes per lesson.
Will each session require a trained facilitator?
No, each session is set up so that you can watch the video and follow the prompts in the workbook as a team.
Can the lessons be done as a standalone lesson or do you need to do all five?
The content of each lesson can stand alone, but the lessons are created to build upon one another.
What materials will be in the workbook?
The workbook will include a listening guide for self-reflection on the lesson, discussion questions to use as a group, a micro-actions checklist to keep you on track, prompts to help you reflect on the micro-actions and a commitment page to write down your collective commitment and learning partner takeaways.
Do I need to buy multiple licenses?
The license can be shared at one school. We ask that you do not share it with other sites. You will be required to share the same login and password site-wide. To purchase multiple licenses, select the quantity of licenses needed at checkout and complete the multiple license question at checkout.
